Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on orders over $79
- For orders under $79:
- $7.90 flat rate for the US, UK, and Canada
- $9.90 flat rate for all other countries
Fast Processing & Delivery
- Most orders ship the same day or next business day after purchase.
- Prescription lenses are crafted in partnership with the world’s largest optical lab for exceptional speed and precision.
- Standard delivery: 7–12 business days (excluding remote areas).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your eyewear’s journey.
Customs & Duties
International customers may be responsible for local customs duties or taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your eyewear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
- Quality issues: Return or exchange within 30 days of delivery
- Personal preference or sizing: Return or exchange within 14 days of delivery
1. Quality Issues (within 30 days)
If your frames or lenses have a quality issue, you may return or exchange your entire order.
- Full refund including original shipping cost
- A 5% restocking fee will be applied
2. Personal Preference or Sizing Issues (within 14 days)
If your glasses aren’t the perfect fit or you’ve changed your mind:
- A $7.90 shipping fee / $9.90 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
- Return shipping is at your own expense

Prescription glasses: A 20% restocking fee will be applied, as lenses are custom-made and cannot be resold.
Special Policy for Multiple-Pair Orders
For orders containing two or more pairs of glasses:
- Exchanges are not accepted for these orders.
- If you wish to return, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Return shipping is at your own expense.

Prescription/Order Information Errors
Once your order begins processing, if you need to exchange or cancel due to incorrect prescription or information submitted by you, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged to cover the cost of custom processing. Please double-check your prescription and personal information before submitting your order.
Address Errors
Once your order has shipped, we are unable to refund or replace orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please carefully verify your shipping information before checkout.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email service@eydio.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our customer care team will provide instructions and the return address.
Once you receive your return shipping label, you must ship your return within 14 days. If your return is not shipped within this period, it will be considered as used and your return request will be cancelled. No refunds will be issued in this case.
3. After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain customized products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Glasses with 1.74 high-index lenses (including the frame)
- Glasses with progressive or branded lenses (including the frame)
