Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on orders over $79 USD
- Orders under $79:
- $7.90 flat rate (US, UK, Canada)
- $9.90 flat rate (all other countries)
Processing Time
Most orders ship the same day or next business day.
Prescription lenses are custom-crafted in partnership with one of the world’s largest optical labs for exceptional speed and precision.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery: 7–12 business days
(Excludes remote areas.)
Delivery times may occasionally be extended due to public holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to follow your eyewear’s journey.
Customs & Duties
International customers may be responsible for customs duties or taxes according to local regulations.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your eyewear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
Quality Issues (Within 30 Days of Delivery)
If your frames or lenses have a manufacturing or quality issue:
- Return or exchange your entire order
- Full refund, including original shipping cost
Personal Preference or Sizing (Within 14 Days of Delivery)
If your glasses aren’t the perfect fit or you’ve changed your mind:
- Return or exchange your order
- Full refund, including original shipping cost
- No restocking fee
Exchanged items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged again.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within the eligible return window.
Please note: Items received through an exchange are not eligible for return or further exchange.
Special Return Conditions
Orders with Three or More Pairs
For orders containing three or more pairs of glasses:
- Exchanges are not accepted
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Restocking fees:
- Frames only: 10%
- Prescription glasses: 20% (custom lenses cannot be resold)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Glasses with 1.74 high-index lenses (including the frame)
- Glasses with progressive lenses, photochromic lenses, anti-fatigue lenses, or ZEISS, Essilor, or Transitions branded lenses (including the frame)
- Sunglass lenses (non-returnable and non-exchangeable)
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to make a change? We’re here to help.
Before Processing Starts (Within 2 Hours of Ordering)
Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to edit or cancel it at no charge.
After Processing Has Started
Once your order status is “In Progress” or “Processing,” our lab has begun crafting your custom lenses.
We are unable to edit order details (frame, color, lens options, prescription/PD, quantity, or address).
To update anything, we will need to cancel and remake your order. A 10% processing fee will be deducted to cover lab and setup costs.
After Shipment
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they have shipped.

Why Is There a Processing Fee?
Your lenses are custom-made specifically for you. Once production begins, materials and machine time are committed. The 10% fee helps cover these costs while keeping our pricing fair for everyone.
Incorrect Information
Incorrect Prescription or Order Details Submitted
If you request cancellation or exchange due to incorrect prescription or information submitted by you after processing has started, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.
Please double-check your prescription and personal details before placing your order.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Once your order has shipped, we are unable to refund or replace orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Please carefully verify your shipping information before completing your purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email service@eydio.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our customer care team will provide return instructions and the return address.
- You only need to return the prescription glasses themselves. The original packaging box, glasses case, and cleaning cloth are complimentary items and may be kept. These items do not need to be returned and will not affect your refund.
- Once you receive your return label, you must ship your return within 14 days.
If your return is not shipped within 14 days, it will be considered ineligible and your return request will be cancelled.
- After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
This policy is effective March 2026.
